What a beautiful day in Birmingham!!! We decided to take advantage of this nice spring weather and have a picnic at the Botanical Gardens. We met Anna, Ellison (10 weeks old), Jennifer and Tate (10 months old) for a lunch and took some pictures of the girls. I am sure that we will go back and do that exact same thing very soon. The flowers were gorgeous. I especially loved the tulips. It makes me want to get out in our yard and do some work. Happy Thursday!

I can walk the dog!
I just figured out how to do the slide show. Here are some pictures of Campbell with her dog. I am trying to get her dressed for bed but she thought she needed to take her dog on a walk first. I just love those legs and belly!

Fun day at playgroup
Here are a few pictures from playgroup today. We had a great time at Libby's house. Parrish (Kristin (Gadd) and Cannon Prickett's son), Harris (Libby and Rob Crumpton son, and Campbell had a big time on the slide.
Here is one of Campbell loving on Maggie. Campbell's newest thing to do with Maggie is hold on to her back and see how far she can walk around with Maggie. Sweet Maggie puts up with it but I know Campbell is going to crash and fall hard one of these days.
Harris and Campbell on the slide.
Parrish is having lots of fun!!
Ellison (Anna and Size's daughter)taking it all in!
Caroline (Adrienne and Christopher's daughter) found a great chew toy. She is starting to crawl!
Tate (Jennifer and Robert's daughter) is having fun riding the horse!

EGGcellent Easter!!!!
Look at all my eggs! We went to Dothan for Easter. Actually, we met my mom on Wednesday afternoon in Montgomery to trade cars with Mo so that we would only have one car going back on Sunday. Campbell and I spent a few extra days since it was my mom's spring break.
On Thursday afternoon, we got to play with Mary Nelan and Douglas. Douglas had lots of fun playing with Campbell's lawnmower while she rode his car. Mary Nelan could not stop laughing at Campbell pushing the button and driving around the yard. Campbell seems to not have much fear in her!
We had a big Easter egg hunt on Friday with all "the families". The families include the McClurkin, McDonald, Shiver, Wood, Brooks, Moore, Sealock and Wright family. We had 26 total! The kids had a great time hunting Easter eggs, icing bunny cakes, and playing outside. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner!
Saturday, we spent the day around the house. Campbell decided she only needed one nap a day while in Dothan. Mo and my dad played golf. C (my mom), Campbell and I enjoyed the outside for a while hunting the Easter eggs. It was a lot of fun to watch Campbell pick them up and put them in her basket.
On Sunday, we went to church and ate at the Club. Campbell's one nap a day finally began to catch up with her. She was

Some new pictures from the week
Yes, it snowed last Saturday! It was gone by lunch.
Campbell with Anna and Ellison at playgroup. Campbell always wants to be near Ellison especially when she is in Anna's arms. Sweet Ellison is such a laid back baby. She never makes a peep!
One for me one for Maggie!
Campbell is now 13 months old! I cannot believe how fast she is growing.

WE DID IT!!!
Well, I can officially say that I have run a half marathon. This past weekend mo, me and two other couples went to Seaside for the run. Kelli and Griffin trained in Dothan together while Alex and I did in Birmingham. I trained for about nine weeks. I like the idea of running with a goal in mind. I enjoyed it and can see myself doing another half marathon someday . The weather was perfect. Kelli and I ran it in 2 hours 10 minutes. Alex ran it in 1 hour 50 minutes and Griffin ran it in 1 hour 59 minutes.
I Love the poster Karen and Mo made for us at the finish line!!!
